OUT AND ABOUT
Futuroscope - A science based theme park; fun for all ages.

Puy du Fou. - A wonderful theme park.
Ile De Re - With mile after mile of broad, clean sandy beaches and an interior of pine forests and vineyards criss crossed by 50 miles of cycle paths.
Linked by a road bridge to the Mainland in 1988 it has become a fashionable holiday destination. Best way to explore the island is on 2 wheels. Cyclists of all ages and abilities abound, pedalling from one idyllic beach to the next or from one sleepy, picturesque village to another, along pine shaded paths, through fields of vines, poppies and sunflowers.
Vouvant - Found 9km east of the farmhouse, on a small hill in a pretty setting, overlooking a river. In part, still surrounded by ramparts. Within village are narrow streets, lined with well preserved medieval houses.
Coulon - A pretty Waterside town, dating back some 1200 years which lies on the banks of the Sevre, at the centre of the Marais-Poitevin region. A popular starting point for those hiring boats who wish to venture into the Maraise-Poitevin, maybe just to mooch or while away the sunny days in one of the traditional waterside restaurants and cafes.
There are many unexplored areas that we still have to uncover, this makes a spontaneous cycle ride or drive in the car a journey of discovery
