this large, comfortable family home is set in 5 acres of wooded grounds around a courtyard … a peaceful, green haven, 3 kms inland from south Vendee’s beautiful sandy beaches :
22 kms from Les Sables d’Olonne, 15 kms from La Tranche-sur –Mer, 5 kms from Jard-sur-Mer and 8 kms from the famous surf spot at «Bud » (Les Conches beach).

The village store stocks all basic necessities, there are street markets almost every day in the surrounding villages, and good shopping centres with tourist offices, médical facilities and supermarkets at Longeville-sur-Mer (5 kms), Jard-sur-Mer (5 kms) and Talmont-Saint Hilaire (9 kms).

There are many different cultural sites and activities close at hand : the CAIRN (Centre de la Préhistoire), which kids enjoy very much, the Renaissance Château de la Guignardiere at Avrillé (4 kms), Clemenceau’s beachhouse can be visited at Saint Vincent-sur-Jard (3km) … and lots of music of every kind throughout the season.

For the sporty, there is a wide choice : Tennis in the village, an 18-hole Golf course at Bourgenay (10 kms), riding stables at Talmont-Saint-Hilaire, boating on the marshes at Longeville and many footpaths and cycle tracks through natural countryside and coastal areas.

-Gite 2 : (views to courtyard from bedroom, and private entrances to both rooms to the east), one twin/double bedroom, living room with kitchen/dining area, a sofa bed (single convertable to double) , a separate shower room with toilet and washing machine.

OUTSIDE LEISURE

Outside you have a Barbeque, Garden Furniture and parasol,

Large Garden. excellent for ball games, or simply relaxing....
